Partner with my team's leadership and Design Organization Leadership to develop the strategy, design, and experience for our two-year analyst program. Achieve 100% retention across a population of 24 Analysts. Develop, deliver, and manage pilot 9-week internship in 2024 .
Develop and deliver custom design training content for Analysts—partner with Design Leadership and Team Leads to deliver material in immersive and engaging formats.
