A 15-person creative agency was facing critical issues. Unhappy clients, delayed payroll, blurry service offerings, and inconsistent project management had brought the agency to a critical moment—close its doors or drastically rethink agency operations.

I joined Radish Lab as a Senior Design Strategist & Project Manager at a time when the agency was struggling significantly. Our team of passionate strategists, designers, and developers could either pick up the pieces or exit. We chose the first.
REPOSITIONED THE AGENCY
I led the charge on rethinking the agency's core offerings—introducing a robust discovery process and strategic design deliverables leading a 30% time reduction in project delivery and significant cost savings for the business.
STRENGTHENED
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I partnered with my colleague Jenna to reimagine project management processes, automate redundant tasks, migrate to a new project management software. We cut project set up time in half, increased on-time delivery by 100%, and saw signficant increases in client retention.
REDESIGNED
NEW BUSINESS APPROACH
With my colleague Lydia, we rewrote the proposal structure, redesigned the new business process, and drove ~2.5 million dollars in new business over ~1 year.
GREW THE STRATEGY TEAM
I grew the strategy team from 1-5 strategists (brand, service, and UX) over the course of ~2 years, attracting talent from leading NGOs like The International Rescue Committee, American Refugee Committee (now Alight), and Promundo (now Equimundo).

Digital Experience for Equimundo | I lead research, strategy & UX, UI Design credit Alayna Citrin
Forged healthy, profitable, client relationships
Grew existing agency accounts by ~40% with the introduction of strategic deliverables and led the relationships with clients such as The Women's Refugee Commission, UNICEF, and The Clinton Foundation. Achieving a 95% client retention rate after our first engagement.
